The Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business of Arrow Electronics launched 'V-PWR,' a program to help its North American NetApp reseller partners capitalize on increasing demand for virtualization, a solution which enables a single machine to do the work of many resources, reducing hardware and electricity costs.
